Die „plasmaNorm®-Technologie“ der Airwall wurde speziell für die Geruchsbeseitigung in der Raumluft in der Gastronomie entwickelt. Mit der livecookintable Airwall werden selbst die kleinsten Geruchsmoleküle, wie auch Nikotin, gereinigt. Feststoffe und Aerosole werden wie bisher in den Metall-Fettfilter abgeschieden. Die Airwall liefert als Endprodukte lediglich CO2, Wasser und Sauerstoff. Erstinspektion des plasmaNorm® Umluft-Filters und ggf. der Ersatz ist erst nach 5 Jahren.

The „plasmaNorm® technology“ of the airwall have been especially developed for the deodorization of the ambient air in the gastronomy.  Even the smallest molecules of smell, also nicotine, will be cleaned with the airwall. Solid matters and aerosols are segregated into metal fat filters. The airwall delivers merely CO2, water and oxygen as end products. First inspection of the plasmaNorm® filter and if necessary the change is only after 5 years.
